The western-most province of the Jinse Empire. Only notionally part of that great empire for the last 50 years, it mostly acts as an independent state. Bordered by Shaanti on the north, Shaadval on the west, and the Dragonreach to the south, it sits exposed and is a site of constant ongoing low-level warfare, mostly conducted by external mercenary groups.
