A motley "tribe" of dusters who were kicked out of their original tribes (or left). They worship the Dead God, a being they believe lives on Mt. Fearg in the old ruins. They've all given themselves to blood rites, including accepting bound demons. Many are daemonhost.

There are lords of the lands near Shaadval who use them to raid northward, preventing the Hagfen from expanding (about the only good they do).
