All the Elemental planes have a physical symbol of their True Word, an artifact that the Elemental lord of that plane bonds to in a ritual called the Inscription. This bond gives the lord the control to truly become the lord of the plane.
For the Plane of Ice, this artifact is the Glacierheart. An orb, roughly 30" in diameter, seemingly made of purest ice and etched with True Words, it radiates deathly cold. Touching it unprepared forces the mortal to endure their own worst memories. Isskap was known to force mortals she particularly disliked to touch it while she was holding it, forcing them to experience her memories and letting her trawl through their memories.
Isskap hid it in her last few days of lucidity before Broken Order drove away conscious thought before her downfall. It was rediscovered by Half Measures as part of their effort to put Elphas on the Throne of Ice. He now holds the Glacierheart, which has been tamed by his more accepting nature.
