Queen of Wyrmhold, gold dragonborn, head of Clan Shakti, and titular high priestess of the dragonborn clans. Has retired from active monarchical (but not ceremonial and religious) duties, but still retains an outsized influence on politics. Her daughter, Elspeth ka Shakti is Queen Regnant currently.

Born in 176 AC to the former queen (Ciara ka Shakti), she ascended to the throne at age 22 when her mother was killed (along with much of the clan) in a desperate (but successful) gamble to head off a major Hungering Frost incursion. This event shaped her life and her outlook. She spent the next 15 years (until 211 AC) striving to defeat the Frost, becoming hardened and warlike in the process. Several unsuccessful attempts on her life by Frost agents have left her somewhat paranoid. After the Frost's destruction, she has retained her core need to protect her people at any cost, and an obsession with military power. Her influence has been toward expansion and fortification. "Take and Hold" and "Control the Supply Lines" have been her major policies. She remains a staunch opponent of liberalization or transition to a peace-time economy, although she's lost a lot of the latter fight. Her policies have always placed high priority on large military budgets and maintaining readiness even in the absence of a visible foe.

As of 250 AC and the events of Temple and Spire, she has been forcibly retired by her daughter, Elspeth ka Shakti and confined to ceremonial religious duties.
