Elspeth ka Shakti

Reigning monarch of Wyrmhold in 250 AC. Succeeded her mother, Beatris ka Shakti, in 245 AC when the latter became ill and stepped down. In 250 AC, after the events of the Dawnspire Assassination Plot (which, to be clear, the Breath of the Sun were only a part of as a collateral target), she forced her mother into complete retirement as the spiritual head and High Priestess for the nation without any political role.

Married to Ivans ka Shakti, they have twins (newly born during early summer of 250 AC).

Political outlook

Unlike her mother, who was a notorious hardliner and war-party advocate, Elspeth is a centrist. Her desires are to maintain and strengthen the nation before expanding further. Unburdened by the paranoia and ill-feelings of the past, she looks for peaceful cooperation with the rest of the Federated Nations. Peace through Strength is her motto.
