Hall of Frozen Memory (AKA Hall of Living Memory or Hall of Grudges)--a labyrinthine tunnel/cave filled with frozen memory crystals. Touching one lets you relive the memory. Where do they come from? No one knows. Destruction or damage is BAD.
Estokh--the capital of the Plane of Ice. About 30,000 inhabitants, on the edge of the Drear Fens. Most cosmopolitan area of the Plane of Ice, a broad mix of peoples and beings.
Third Host, 2nd Legion Headquarters--the dwelling place and central command for 3.2. Roughly half of that legion are centered here; the rest are split between the other two water-dominant planes. Much of the forces here in Ice are scattered throughout, as this has always been a restive area.
Kek, Palace of Ice--Isskap's palace, with its surrounding ring forts. Abandoned and never re-claimed after her destruction due to strong Broken Concept distortions present there.
