An ancient artifact in the form of a mace. The most-feared weapon of the Astral, only deployed at greatest need, for it can reduce a True Word into its constituent elements, effectively destroying it. It is one of the few artifacts capable of permanently destroying a Named being with no hope of revival.
Held under close guard in the Celestial City and only accessible under direct authorization from both the Angelic Legions and the Congregation.
Known Uses
- Used by Tempus Machina on divine authority to destroy Despair, the core of the Adversary.
