Lake Thom

Lake Thom is a large, deep, cold mountain lake in the southern tip of the Jungle of Fangs. Rich with fish and other aquatic life, it is the lifeblood of the Serpent Dominion. Although it has no outlets, it is fresh and clear. Sages believe that a stable portal to the Plane of Ocean lies in its depths.
On its shores are ruins of Fanged Kingdom and ancient aelvar civilizations; divers have found similar ruins buried in the silt and rock at the bottom.
