Working out of Black Market, the treaty town run by the Ship Folk at the southern end of the Jungle of Fangs, this group was founded by former adventurers to assist them in establishing the Dimwit Syndicate. It's openly a criminal organization, and its members tend to operate in secret outside of that area. They are heavily involved with the Benevolent Organization in Asai'ka.
