Kal'Mer
From Dreams of Hope
One of the three major cities of the kalasaa in the Bay of Ikela. Known for its shallow location, heavy surfacer presence, and the production of coralweave. Population of roughly 5k, almost entirely kalasaa but with an enclave of humans.
