The center of the Archonic Goroesi civilization and the largest city in the Moon's Vengeance region. Buried under the ruins of the Aelvar imperial capital, still a broken ruin of arcane energies even though millennia have passesed.
Cast out of time for an aeon by the intervention of the Archon of Time (although she was merely a Broken Concept. Generations of goroesi lived and died in that bubble before it returned.
