Red Lightning
From Dreams of Hope
A dragon flight located in the Carmine Mountains south of the Carmine Gap. Not much is known about them, but they're said to be friendly with the Moonshell Dragon Flight and protective of mortals in their territory, going as far as to regularly anoint Dragon knights.
