Alastor, World Judge

Ruler of the Plane of Lava, Alastor is an ancient Wyrm, now apothosized into a fire-elemental dragon of vast size and power. Of the elemental rulers, he is the only one of the originals left, the others having become gods (Korokonolkom) or having become demigods (Perkunos and Tatsuryuu). A being of Law (unlike almost every other wyrm), he believes in the law of power above all. He is the most powerful, so he sets the rules. All others obey or suffer.

Creed

• Power is the only truth, the only freedom.
• The powerful do not fear conflict; they glory in the flame
• The weak require protection from the strong. They pay for that protection with obedience.

Supporting Cult

His message and power is supported by the Cult of Burning Law, an organization of fire-born, lava-bound, and named individuals who operate out of the capital of the Plane of Lava, Nara Kara. They enforce his dictates (as voiced by the Masked Judges) and mediate disputes (including acting as judges for trial by combat). Although Alastor himself is tied to the elemental plane, many of his cultists believe that they have an obligation to spread his influence everywhere (in keeping with the theme of volcanic inexorability).
