Of the elemental rulers, he is the only one of the originals left, the others having become gods (Korokonolkom) or having become demigods (Perkunos and Tatsuryuu). A being of Law (unlike almost every other wyrm), he believes in the law of power above all. He is the most powerful, so he sets the rules. All others obey or suffer.
Creed

- The powerful do not fear conflict; they glory in the flame
- The weak require protection from the strong. They pay for that protection with obedience.
Supporting Cult
His message and power is supported by the Cult of Burning Law, an organization of fire-born, lava-bound, and named individuals who operate out of the capital of the Plane of Lava, Nara Kara. They enforce his dictates (as voiced by the Masked Judges) and mediate disputes (including acting as judges for trial by combat).
